After this week's awful and horrific event perhaps this is exactly what I need to announce and focus on.

Wolfe Von Lichtenstein stepping up last minute to his first ever Tri-Dog !I was convinced he wouldn’t swim in the lake but thought we could use it as a training run in preparation for the start of the season. Both days he jumped in and although the first day he had a bit of a panic, day 2 he tired again and managed to swim to the first exit point. I was so proud .

Most of you that I have seen recently will have seen me scrabbling about in my bag, trying to find a working pen sometimes even having to resort to a pencil to write up your treatment report! I seem to have this nasty habit of putting the dead ones back in my bag until I have a bag full of completely useless pens!! But this will happen no more as today my bulk order of customised pens arrived.
