I've been quiet on here recently.
Life started to get a bit overwhelming!
Nothing bad has happened.....in fact lots of great stuff has happened this year but it has been BUSY!
As a single mum, who runs a business, a home, 2 children, 2 dogs and a horse....just sometimes it gets a bit much to keep all those plates spinning
So I have scaled back on a few things, spent more time at home in the evenings and just decided to be ok with staying still for a little while.
But......
Tomorrow I leave for Poland to attend the 2026 ICF Canicross world championships!!!
This will be a welcome break and I am completely honored to have been invited again to support Gemma as she represents Great Britain!
Unfortunately Wolfie sustained an injury a couple of weeks ago which means he is unable to run, but he will still be coming along for the ride and can have daily treatments to support his recovery.
I will post here to update you all on what we're getting up to, and I will still be contactable for making and changing appointments
I will be back to work on the 11th November
