After this week's awful and horrific event perhaps this is exactly what I need to announce and focus on.
I'm so incredibly proud to Sponsor Gemma Fronda and be part of the team helping her get to the ICF World Championships in Pardubice, in the Czech Republic.
What I also need to announce is that I will be joining them! On hand for any support they may need.
It will be a real adventure and I'm incredibly grateful for the invitation, especially so now after losing my beautiful Nova, as having something so exciting to look forward to is a godsend.
